STRATEGY + BRANDING + WEBSITE

A family owned and operated foodservice business that provides Boar’s Head products to kitchens of all sizes.

Infinity Provisions is a Boar’s Head purveyor in Central Florida. They pride themselves for great customer service, and provide a whole lot more than some deli meats and cheeses.

THE PROBLEM

When Infinity Provisions came to me with the main goal of getting a website designed. They are an established business, but with no online presence, they appeared to be the newest in town compared to their competitors. While we wanted to get the website up as soon as possible, the main issue was a lack of branding. They had no real logo, and were relying heavily on the Boar’s Head brand, as that is the main product line they sell.

The main goal for the branding of Infinity Provisions was to reintroduce them to the world as an established and professional purveyor, while building their own identity, a part from the Boar’s Head brand. We wanted them to stand out, and to be the obvious choice when it came down to comparing them to their competitors. With the consistency of their branding and messaging, the growth of brand awareness was also a top priority.

We needed to create something MODERN and CHARMING in order to show the professionalism of Infinity Provisions, without losing the family-owned feel. We needed to create a brand and website to help Infinity Provisions stand out, and become the obvious choice among the competition.

THE RESULT

A rustic cutting board paired with a modern flared san-serif gives Infinity Provisions the perfectly balanced look of refined, yet hospitable. Since the name itself does not render what the business does or sells, the cutting board is used to represent the food service industry, as well as a connection to a charcuterie board that you would see Boar’s Head products on.

In order to expand the visual identity and show off the tangibles, I created hand-drawn illustrations of meats and cheeses. These are meant to add visual interest to layouts, and to bring in a literal aspect to the brand.

For the website, we went for the “dark mode” look. This gives the entire site a modern feel. The game changer for the website was the photography. With the help of a local photographer, I was able to creatively direct the shoot remotely. The images really pull the site together, especially when they are paired with the hand-drawn illustrations.

The website contains a Home, Services, About, Community, Blog and Contact page. You can see it for yourself at infinityprovisionsinc.com.
